The Berlin Energy Roundtable, organized by the Institute for Climate Protection, Energy, and Mobility (IKEM), brings together stakeholders from the energy industry and, as an open forum, provides a space for networking and professional exchange on economic, technical, and legal aspects of the energy transition.
The opportunities and challenges of new geopolitical conditions, the transformation to a climate-neutral energy system, and the increasing importance of green and blue molecules will be the focus of the next Energy Roundtable. It will take place on November 26, 2025, starting at 6:00 p.m. at the VNG office in Berlin (Taubenstraße 19, 10117 Berlin).
In his keynote speech “Gas procurement in transition: strategies, partners & challenges”, Gerd Wölbling, Senior Origination Manager at VNG Handel & Vertrieb GmbH, will take participants on a journey into the world of energy procurement and show what the path from conventional natural gas to climate-friendly molecules could look like.
